Short version: this site sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and asks you for nothing.
We use Cloudflare's privacy-first web analytics to count aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, and country). It sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and cannot identify or follow an individual across pages or sites, so no consent banner is needed. Beyond that, there are no advertising or profiling trackers and no forms. If you choose a color theme, that preference is stored in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.
This site is served via Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and delivery purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not access or store these logs beyond what the host provides for operating the site.
If you email us (a question, a dispute, or a digest subscription), we receive your address and what you wrote, and we keep that correspondence to handle your request. Digest subscribers' addresses are stored on our own systems, used only to send the weekly digest, and never shared or sold. A reply with "stop", or any unsubscribe request, removes your address.
The register publishes information about services listed in the public x402 catalog: domain names, advertised prices, and the results of our own automated measurements (availability, latency, protocol compliance, price agreement). We treat this as business information about publicly offered services. If any of it qualifies as personal data in your case (for example because a listed domain identifies you as an individual), you have the right to access, correction, and deletion under applicable data protection law (Swiss revDSG; where applicable, GDPR).
